About our practices

We train on Tuesday and Thursday from 19:00 till 20:30 at Sports Park Jekerdal.

We start the training with a warm-up altogether. Afterward, we divide the group into the technical group and the long-distance group. Each practice you are free to choose which group you will join.

On Tuesdays, the long-distance group will go for a long loop (off the track). The technical group is doing sprinting on the track.
On Thursdays, the long-distance group does intervals on the track. The technical group will do an athletics discipline such as hordes, javelin, long/ high jump, etc.

So feel free to just drop by and see if you like it. Your level does not matter at all, everyone is welcome! We hope we see you soon. If you have any other questions, please let us know!
